Ethiopia Sidamo Kontama Natural

The Kontama mill is in the Sidamo region and this is a Grade 1 natural process from this mill. It has a peach and  slight floral taste, with hints of strawberry and chocolate. Intensely flavorful and almost candy-sweet with a clean finish.   This lends it to be tasty hot, but potentially even more fantastic as iced coffee and cold brew.
