Bolivia
This is a certified organic Bolivia Co-Op coffee from the aprocafe co-op with a sweet, clean flavor. On the map, you'll find Bolivia is landlocked between Peru and Brazil. This can make it hard to export as passage to the port requires the cooperation of a competing country. Bolivian farmers also have a reputation for being "hard to work with." So a good Bolivia doesn't come on the market all that often, and I snatched this one up excitedly. You can expect some floral notes, apricot, and nuts.
It is grown at high altitudes (4,000-5,000 feet) in the Caranavi region.
