WHAT SETS US APART?
So why does your current home brewer make tepid and bitter coffee? The freshly roasted coffee beans are not to blame! Today, most manufacturers focus on designing coffee makers with bells and whistles at the expense of great taste.
The Olson Coffee Brewer, made by Simply Good Coffee is designed for confident coffee brewing at home with ease. Experience coffee as intended by your favorite roasters and coffee professionals.

-
IDEAL BREW TEMPERATURE This brewer uses a quick heating element that consistently delivers 195°F to 205°F water. Most coffee makers have inconsistent brew temperatures that are too low.
-
PROPER SATURATION The wide shower head works with the correct water pressure, drip distance, and #4 filter shape to create even saturation. Other coffee makers drip at the center of the grounds, leaving the grounds unevenly extracted.
-
OPTIMAL EXTRACTION This brewer is designed to deliver on flavor. The approx. 6-minute brew cycle will produce optimal extraction. Coffee freshness, grind size, water temp, ratio, blooming, and brew time are all extraction variables that affect the flavor of your coffee.
-
BLOOM SETTING The Bloom switch allows you to use the freshest coffee available. Freshly roasted coffee is still in the degassing process of releasing CO2. With the Bloom switch in the on position, the coffee maker releases just enough water for the coffee to cause the coffee to release the CO2. After a brief pause, the brewing process proceeds to allow the coffee to fully extract.
-
MIXING LID The carafe lid is made with a tube that reaches the bottom of the carafe. This allows the brewed coffee to be added to the bottom of the carafe creating a natural mixing process. As the coffee is brewed it loses strength and this process creates an evenly mixed pot of coffee.

RECOMMENDED DOSE
While coffee-to-water ratios vary based on strength and flavor preferences. The recommended recipe for a filter coffee is approx. 6-9 grams or 1 rounded tablespoon per cup of coffee.
